Print Quality & Performance Guarantee

We guarantee that our custom prints are produced with exceptional attention to detail, vibrant colors, and sharp resolution. We use premium materials designed for durability and performance.

If you experience any issues with the quality, workmanship, or performance of your custom print within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue through repair, reprinting, or a refund if necessary.

Understanding Your Custom Order Policy

MuzPrint specializes in bringing your unique vision to life through custom prints. Please note the following regarding custom orders:

• No Returns/Refunds on Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom prints, we cannot accept returns for refunds or exchanges once production has begun, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Design & Quality Approval: Before dispatching your custom order, we may share proofs or images of your actual product for your review. This allows you to confirm the design, material, and finish meet your expectations before shipment.

• Production Time: Custom prints are made to order and require specific production times, which will be communicated during your ordering process.

Exclusions to Our Guarantee

Our guarantee does not cover issues arising from:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care of the printed item.

• Damage resulting from alterations or modifications made to the print by anyone other than MuzPrint.

• External damage caused by mishandling or exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product specifications.

• Errors in provided artwork or specifications from the customer.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of merchandise during shipping or similar situations once it has left our facility.
